My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.7 Hemi engine started becoming very sluggish and had no acceleration. It eventually displayed error code P0750 (Shift Solenoid A Malfunction) and went into limp mode. I took it to Envision and they discovered that somebody, at some point, had put a large amount of silicone inside the pan under the transmission. Eventually the silicone broke to pieces and clogged the Transmission Valve Body Assembly. I asked if they could flush it out, remove the silicone and put it back in the car. They convinced me, quite rightly, that that was not a good idea. They gave me several repair options and I chose to put in a new transmission valve body assembly. They gave me an appointment time to bring the car in and gave me the car back exactly when they said they would. During this process their communication was excellent. They were very patient and listened to my suggestions. They installed a brand new OEM Mopar Factory part along with a 2-year warranty. I couldn't believe the acceleration as I drove my Jeep home from their shop! They were always a pleasure to work with and I will use them again. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the problem was resolved. My Mazda drives well and does not overheat anymore, I feel safe and at peace driving knowing it was fixed by the best team. I had my vehicle fixed and for 4600 dollars and almost 7 wasted months, I got it back worse than it was. Timing was wrong, my vehicle fender was dented and scratched all down my door and my bed. Paint had damage from sitting outside. After bringing the obvious car to car accident up he said he would call me with answers, I can't remember his name but one of the 3 owners. Never heard from him again. He was a damn good liar though. Junior, the tech, has knowledge and a thought process that can only be from experience so I will give him credit but he had no clue what to do with my truck. The lead tech was a little better but still had no idea of what to do or just didn't care. Not sure which is worse. It is a syclone swap s10. Pristine condition. They swore they could fix it, no problem. After picking it up and taking it to the tuners, back to my house, to the shop, back to my house, to the shop again they charged me damn near 5 grand to make my truck worse. Damaged the paint by leaving it under a sap tree. I've found some better people now that are more honest in their work. For about half the price they charged me I got my truck fixed and tuned with a Holley terminator installed. Al

Took my 2016 GTR Nismo for a routine maintenance and these gentlemen did an awesome job. Their customer service was great, genuinely friendly and informative with the process and what the car needed. Will definitely be coming back for all my car’s needs. Thank you guys!
